Martina Franca is a smart town settled 431 metres above sea level, lying over one of the last southern hills in the south-east of the Murgia area.

It overlooks the charming Valle d’Itria, a beautiful region with trees and white houses called “trulli".

Description

The owners have recently added new furnishings and appliances as well as many other added ammeneties to insure a comfortable holiday.

The owners have provided a TV lounge including a multi-region DVD player and extensive DVD library to choose from.

Guests will also find board games, jigsaw puzzles and art supplies as well as a nice reading library.

The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment as well as tea, coffee and spices to cook with.

Guests are welcome to use whatever fruits and produce that happens to be in season, pears, figs and cherries grow right on the terrace.

The house is set in a panoramic position and the shady terrace overlooks the vineyard, orchard and the Itria Valley.

It is set in a tranquil yet populated area, ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday.
